To qualify as a Posturepedic mattress, the internal comfort layers must offer minimal pressure on the skin, improved heat dissipation and reduced partner disturbance.

It is imperative that the mattress maintains spinal alignment and passes our Posturepedic Support Criteria. This helps to eliminate backache and reduce muscle strain.

The Posturepedic Support Criteria was established in conjunction with orthopaedic surgeons. It defines a set of angles within which your body can be considered to be in a supportive sleeping position. Your neck, chest, pelvis and knees must be within these limits or angles in order to maintain proper alignment.
