STEP 4 – FILL IN A COSTCO SPECIAL ORDER FORM AND PAY AT THE COSTCO CHECKOUT

STEP 5 – YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED IN APPROXIMATELY 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
