ABOUT THE ROLE
The ‘Key Account Management’ role is responsible for managing some of our important and established retail partnerships. Critical to this role is ensuring we have best-in-class product representation, along with continued growth and momentum with our sales targets. The role is multi-faceted, with an important part of the position providing leadership and education to our retail community, along with ensuring our product range is well represented. You will be dealing with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, so interpersonal skills are key.
- Previous demonstrated success in a Key Account Management position
- Ability to create annual plans and execute on a day-to-day basis
- Professional business acumen and sound decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to interact with others at all business levels
- Customer-centric approach, with the ability to proactively respond to the needs of our retail network (and end-users)
- Experience using the full suite of Microsoft platforms
